A fantastic place to spend the night

The facilities were excellent, and the location, close to the amenities and lovely riverside walks, was perfect. We had our tandem bicycle, which could be safely stored in the underground carpark. The reception staff member was extremely helpful in getting us settled in (awkward with a ta dem and a load of pannier bags to deal with). The room facilities exceeded our expectations, with a kettle, fridge and hob to prepare food.

We had no issues at all, and would recommend d the Cerise to anyone.

Very good hotel for bicyclists.

The hotel was close to the train and bus station. They had an underground parking for our bicycles. The room was large and had two beds. There was lots of room for our baggage. Very comfortable stay.

Noise on the street No waste recycling option available, outdated policy! Small kitchen with wash bin and cooking plate, without any space to set something like plate, koffie machine or .... Extra walk bank was missing. Some extra decoration for coziness would make the experience better! Sofa for 2 persons in a 4 bedroom suite??

Location was good. Could not hear anyone else in building. Balcony was an added bonus and made the room seem much bigger.

Night noise outside building. No plug at kitchen sink nor washing-up bowl, made washing up hard. Radiator in main room was on.

Fight like hell for a newly refurbished apartment and don't pay until your expectations are met.

It was not too far from Perros-Guirec and the Pink Granite Coast which was really stunning and worth the trip. Also, in the end, we got a decent accommodation after fighting for it.

The first apartment we were given was dark and dirty with nutshells scattered on the old carpet. I staid in better Youth Hostels in my younger days. We returned immediately to the reception to protest. Reluctantly, we were told this apartment was due for refurbishing and that we will be given a new one the next day. Free breakfast was also thrown in, which was a substantial amount of money, but a surprising small amount of food. To be fair, we did get the new apartment the next day and it was much better. But we spent most of the morning moving instead of exploring the pink granite coast.

Good location.

Uncomfortable apartment. Poor equipment. Instead of using the public parking besides the Hotel we were asked to use the parking about 700m away as there was a market planned next. Next morning it turned out that the market is happening in the different place and central parking was available. Noisy guests.

Super appart hôtel au coeur de Lannion !

L'appart en duplex était spacieux, propre, bien équipé, calme et bien placé. Il nous a totalement convenu ! Personnel sympa, facilités d'accès.

Tout nous a plu donc pas de critique mais une suggestion : proposer un tri des déchets avec une poubelle supplémentaire ou un sac poubelle de couleur différente pour le recyclage.
