House in a row with a garden
This is a house in a row with a garden, apparently you're not allowed to use the kitchen for cooking. Someone meets you to let you in and brings breakfast in the morning. All reasonably clean and tidy
The description needs some attention - coffee / tea, well there are cups in the room, but no coffee or tea, Toiletries included - I couldn't find any. Claims English spoken, you can get by but difficult. Breakfast a bit odd as the guy brings it round and sets it up, then reads his newspaper in the corner. A bit expensive compared to other places.

petit déjeuner très succint. pas de viennoiseries ni de fruits. bruit le matin dans la cuisine lors de la préparation du petit déjeuner (chambre juste au dessus ) tarif pas en rapport avec les prestations. (plus de gel douche dans la salle de bains)

Sehr gastfreundlich, fast familiär. Frühstück handgemacht und mit Liebe zubereitet. Trotz Sprachbarrieren verstanden wir uns. Translator macht es möglich.

Parkplatz, Ruhe, geographische Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu vielen interessanten Punkten
Die Beschreibung in der App hat nicht viel mit den realen Verhältnissen gemeinsam. Statt der angekündigten acht „gesprochenen Sprachen“ sprach die einzige Kontaktperson nur französisch, was zu einigen Missverständnissen führte. Das Frühstück war trotz selbst gemachter Crepes und Kuchen nur mittelmäßig. Die Fotos in der App müssen schon viele Jahre alt sein. Was wir vorfanden waren ziemlich abgewohnte Räume. Die Mitwirkung des Unternehmens Holidu war nicht hilfreich. Das der Seifespender leer war, ist nur eine weitere „Kleinigkeit“, die uns geärgert hat. Wir haben auf unserer Urlaubsreise viele Unterkünfte in ähnlicher Preisregion besucht, aber diese ist das geforderte Geld nicht wert. Wir sind schwer enttäuscht!
