I recently stayed over for 6 nights.
As a solo traveller I felt safe during my stay.
The location is fantastic to get around Manhattan. They are plenty of buses and different subway lines. Most of the time I would walk to Rockefeller and Time Square instead.
The amenities in the hotel is great. I chilled at the Lounge on mezzanine floor every night. There is an adequate gym in the basement which is 24 hours.
My room was spacious and the shower had good pressure. All essentials are provided for including a coffee machine in the room.
Keith “TG1” at the reception is nothing short of amazing. He was so helpful and attentive. On my last day he arranged for a late check out since I had a 10pm flight.
I would happily stay there again when I visit the next time.
