Close to Hue centre
No lift. Hard work carrying all my luggage to 3rd floor

The location was good I was able to rent a motorcycle through the hotel, lovely family run restaurant Madame Nga Restaurant very nearby was a unexpected highlight
The breakfast wasn’t great, not great coffee, plain toast no butter and an omelette very plain

Location was 10/10 very central and close to everything. You can rent at bike with them.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they have a menu to choose from which was great.
We had the ground floor room and it was not bad. It was quiet, very quiet.
The mattress was soft.

Suggestion: The blind in the room had a big gap, leaving a lot of sunrise morning light come into the room, is great to have light in the room, but unless you are wearing a sleep eye mask, you would be woken up at 5:30 am.
I’m a light sleeper, so the light dis bother me. It may not be your case.
The bed was a bit noisy.

The room was big
No lift and stair way is too narrow. Too much furniture in the room. Blocking front door, bathroom and wardrobe. I had to move furniture so I could open the wardrobe.
