Breakfast was a buffet, had a bit of everything to suite western and eastern tastes. They don't put out too much in case it gets wasted but late arrivals may not get the fruit.
I like the pool at the roof top. Good views.
Close to the beach, short walk.
There wasn't enough signage how to get to the pool! I thought it was via the gym, as I found there was a stairway there, but door was a bit stiff to open which made me think it wasn't accessible, until I pushed through the rusty door. Then my friends came via lift straight to the roof.

I actually booked the room for day use only while exploring Hue before getting the train to Hanoi but the room was comfortable, shower was good and the owner dropped me to the station on his bike for free which I really appreciated. It’s only 15 mins walking to the historic city along the river which is great too! And less than 10 mins to the train station on foot (under 5 on moto!)
I would stay here if I come back to Hue!

The position is not extremely central but is a little away from the super touristic area and I really liked that
Despite the property being good value for money, the room was very smelly from drains and not very clean when we arrived. The staff were not very helpful. We only asked a couple of things and they simply said no. They also didn’t seem to have our reservation and we could not find the AC remote.
