Very comfortable and spacious appartment with all the necessary facilities and beyond
It is a bit off the touristic center (but only a 10 mins taxi ride away)

veryThe apartment was excellent and contains everything one would need.
I used the location to visit Hue city and found it ideal.
I stayed for two nights - a very quiet apartment.
Initially, it was not so easy to find. Thankfully the landlord met me just outside the building complex, which was very good.

Location was away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of delicious local food choices. Host was very communicative and helpful.
Sewage smell meant we left a few nights early. Walls were dirty and chipped in some places. Noise from neighbours quite early and into the night.
