    The hotel location is very good, it’s very close to metro station. The neighborhood is not too busy. You can always go in the morning, back to hotel for siesta and out again when the sun is not too aggressive. The staff is very helpful. Though a little complain is the sound during the night time, we can hear people coming and going at the hall way. But it was not too much. We can still have a good sleep ready for the next day. I will definitely come to stay here again for my next trip to Madrid.

    Great location, very near a subway station and walkable distance to the metro museum and shopping areas. The entire hotel and room was very interestingly designed. The only issue was that the room is not very soundproof so you can hear the cleaning lady and sounds from outside fairly easily.

    Central, old, building, pretty noisy rooms and doors with poor insulation. Very dark rooms. Bad smell from the shower. Very central, but for ***/night, not worth the money.
