    Warm welcome upon arrival and room was upgraded which was a lovely touch and appreciated! Gave us a map and some useful directions for tourist tips. The room are small but we just used as a base its not far from bus stop to explore city. Gym is basic in hotel with few machine and weights and tiny sauna was ok but again could do with improvements. Rooms were serviced and clean floor in bathroom does get very wet and slippery as drainage is not good! Breakfast is buffet which is fruit cereal and cold choices but needs more variety and topping up as twice we went was very busy and limited options which is disappointing considering this is 4 star hotel and quite pricey!
