This apartment is situated in the Villamar complex beside Jardin Tropical Hotel & Iberostar Bouganville Playa in San Eugenio / Playa De Las Americas located on the promenade by the sea with a short walk to the beach, good quality restaurants and bars with entertainment close by. The Puerto Colon Marina, casino and Mercadona supermarket within walking distance. Aqua land, Siam park and Siam Mall near by. The Apt comprises of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, living room has large wall mounted television (various selections of English and International channels) patio doors to the balcony with outside table and chairs, views to the pool, sea and Las Americas. Apt has a locked safe. And WiFi. The balcony area seats four with views of the sea and pool with an awning to shade from the sun. The complex has lifts for easy access, swimming pool and kids pool with sun bathing area with views to the sea.

Apartment was very clean, views from balcony better than photos. Complex very well maintained. Handy location, transport facilities are good. Good walks along sea front in both directions. Lively area without being too noisy. A little confusion with initial access due to us not seeing gate on right of car parkEnjoyed our stayThanks

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, in a great location. We have had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend. The host Jo was great she sent us a lovely welcome pack before we arrived to talk us through the check in process, the facilities at the apartment and the surrounding area. Very thoughtful. This complex is in a great location, with a quiet pool, amazing views of the sea and access to the sea front promenade. The apartment has been clearly renovated recently to a high standard. It has everything you would need.

Had a wonderful time at the villamar would recommend this apartment to anyone without fear. All the amenities of the resort are on your doorstep. The owner could not be more helpful ie key transfers, access to complex and direction instructions second to none.Thanks for a wonderful holiday .
