A gem of a hotel, with v comfortable rooms (mine had a little balcony too) and a v nice common lounge area,with snacks available all through the day. The staff was v helpful in storing my luggage, and communicating with me when my room was ready. The room itself was well appointed.

Always love staying in a suite at the Giraffe. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. The location is so convenient to many locations and so walkable. The suites are spacious and really comfortable.
