I reserved 5 jacuzzi rooms....they only had one. The manager gave all 11 of us gold bands which was an upgrade. Staff was great. Room was great. Lots of activities. Made superbowl fun. I wish there was a larger food selection and there were things to eat after 10pm.

Great food, relaxing area, we went with our kids of 1,3, and 6 and they had a lot of fun in their water park. The arcade little spot can use a lot of work though. Best and nicest cleaning staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

There’s only 1 reasons to put 3 stars
Rooms are really outdated and not taking care of properly they should replace a lot of things. For a 4 star hotel they need to replace stuff like bathroom fixtures, mattresses etc
If the rooms were properly maintained I would stayed again because our kids and us had a good time. Waterpark and the beach is great. Everyone who works there are really nice and kind.It’s an older hotel and it has a character which I really loved.
