No safe. too much noise from cleaning staff. Location of room (116) was next to the supply room. The supply room door was continually being open and closed and then allowed to to swing shut with a bang. Tough location to get out of if travelling to Chester. Front desk staff very helpful as well as restaurant and bar staff. No fridge in room but bar was very helpful in supplying buckets of ice. Stayed 4 nights

Friendly staff, good restaurant menu, good car parking and good fast food restaurants like McDonalds, American Diner along with Starbucks just outside the hotel.
