Friendly helpful staff. Nice big modern room, clean with big very comfy bed. Nice clean shower room. Breakfast, self service buffet, food not hot. Self service coffee from machine with good choice of beverages.

Stayed with toddler and baby and no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, basic and modern. Even got to use the pool and gym facilities. Would recommend.

For a 4 star hotel, I personally believe this place is overrated.
Don’t get me wrong the non-sleeping facilities are great such as the gym, but there are some major improvements this hotel should make for it to be a better place to stay.
When you stay at 4 star hotels in other countries you see that this hotel falls at a low level compared to those.
I’m not a person to make a fuss but we did encounter poor WiFi, a dirty double duvet, and when requesting for a double duvet, we were given two single duvets as the staff could not find a spare double.
The room setup is not the greatest. There are doors in between rooms which are used for cleaning purposes so basically when the rooms are empty it means that the cleaners can go in between the rooms via the door inside of the room. The walls are hollow and because of this there is a regular noise pollution occurrence which is why other stayers in the hotel will knock on doors of other rooms telling them to keep the noise down. I would say the bedroom at best are a hostel level. Not hotel.
I think it’s very generous to call this hotel a 4 star, at best I would say it is a 3 star and nothing more than that.
