Lovely stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Definitely recommend

Friendly helpful staff. Nice big modern room, clean with big very comfy bed. Nice clean shower room. Breakfast, self service buffet, food not hot. Self service coffee from machine with good choice of beverages.

Stayed with toddler and baby and no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, basic and modern. Even got to use the pool and gym facilities. Would recommend.

We stayed as a family of five, with three children aged 8, 5, and our 3-month old baby. We booked a room with two double beds, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We specifically requested a stroller friendly room because we were travelling with our baby. Although we were able to use the lift to reach our floor, we were then faced with a flight of stairs before reaching our room. This made getting to and from our room with a stroller very inconvenient. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the family friendly pool. Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our stay. The pool is quite small for the number of people using it, and although family swim time was advertised as 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, we were told we couldn't use the pool between 10:00 am and 11:00 am because of a swimming class. This meant our children only had one hour in the pool instead of the three hour family swim session we had expected. We were also asked to leave the pool five minutes before our session had even ended. During the family swim session, several adults without children appeared unhappy that children were in the pool and made comments about them getting in the way. If guests are looking for a child free swimming experience, they should avoid using the pool during designated family swim times rather than expecting children not to be there. We were advised to use the family changing facilities, but these were also disappointing. The changing room wasn't very clean and had two doors one from reception and another leading to the pool. We had to squeeze all of our belongings into a single locker and leave the doors unlocked after while , as people were constantly walking through. It didn't feel comfortable, especially with young children and a baby. The hotel staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay, and our room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families who are hoping to enjoy the swimming facilities. The pool is too small, the advertised family swim time was interrupted by lessons, the family changing facilities wasn’t suitable, and the overall atmosphere around the pool didn't feel particularly welcoming for families with children.
