Behind the bed and nightstands had not been cleaned in a very long time. Dust and dirt on the electrical line casing that ran behind them. There was a pair of panties on the floor from who knows when. The breakfast was laughable. Tiny muffins. And a waffle maker. But after being grossed out by the room, I didn’t want to chance the waffles.

Find somewhere else to stay. We arrived very late, 00:15 in the night. I booked two rooms through hotels.com and the staff could only find one of the booked rooms even though I showed him my booking. Staff member was not at all willing to help, and just said it was a issue I had to discuss with hotels.com. We ended up going to the hotel next door (Best Western, which was great) in the middle of the night. Went back next day to try get a refund, since THEY couldn’t check us in. No refund and another unhelpful staff member at the desk. 400 USD they just kept since they couldn’t check us in for our two rooms booked. Im glad we didnt stay there. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Their rooms are really gross and disgusting as well and not clean. Dishonest people run the place. They advertise a gym. Then after you book and pay, they tell you "no gym" like it's not a big deal and the gym is the only reason I booked here and paid that much ... ...they are big liars! Unethical dishonest! Go elsewhere.

Rooms looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days, if not weeks. Stairwell definitely hadn’t been cleaned in months. Trash left outside of rooms for days with no one picking it up. Place just smelled of rot.

no one should stay here. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind but the two rooms I rented were dirty, stained, and TV was not functional. Ultimately, I ended up leaving the same night I checked in. This seems to be a predominant stop for folks who are in transitional housing, not for those who are looking for a reasonable nights stay.

Got into room at late, it was the only room…. Electric breaker went out, pitch black except in restroom, phones didn’t work, no lights, no tv, water sprinkler looked disengaged in ceiling, towel was on shower head, burnt carpet from clothes iron, I had CPAP machine and couldn’t use it due to electric outlets not working. Told manager the next morning and I didn’t feel like talking down to desk due to it being late…. Electric was on for about 30 minutes, then goes off and stays off… manager was a jerk!!!!! Would discount or give us a refund…. This room was not safe…. Needs condemn…. Spent $150 for the room and I would suggest this place to anyone!

Reasonable price. First room we had smelled musty so we asked for a different room. Modern decor. Comfortable clean bed. Iron didn't work properly. Shower didn't drain properly, shower head clogged and dirty, shower wall kind of dirty. But still comfortable night's stay. Looked like there was a good breakfast but didn't get up on time for it. I would still come back because of the price and comfortable bed.

The room was ok when I first checked in. Smelled fairly clean. But as the day went on it started to smell like a litter box that hasn't been emptied for a while. This hotel allows pets and it was obvious that a cat had used that room as it's personal toilet. it reeked of cat urine Ended up leaving after one night and checking into another hotel for the rest of the week. Now I know why they had a discounted price listed.

The staff was rude. They took a copy of my credit card and wouldn't let me have it. Then, when I finally get to the room, the floor in front of the mini fridge was wet. It smelt of mold. So, I asked for another room and they told me no.,they wouldnt switch my room. Then, went to take a shower, now remind you, there was 2 of us there was only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. Went back to the desk to ask for more and was told they didn't have any more and the same for an pillow.there was purple dye on the shower when I got there and they blamed me and took my $25 deposit! They have some very creepy people that live there. Made me feel scared to walk outside. The staff is really rude. The place is nasty. I want a refund

The room was not clean. There was a piece of dog food on the floor, and the carpet appeared to have been vacuumed poorly if at all. There was what appeared to be lipstick on the bathroom door. The box springs and linens on one of the beds was very badly stained and gross. This was an unexpected trip due to a family member’s medical issue, so I booked the cheapest place - and got a very firm reminder that you get what you pay for. I will not be staying there again.

Picked this hotel on the fly late in the evening. Once we chose it on the app it was non-refundable so we stayed. Slept in our clothes on top of the covers of the bed. Everything was dirty. There was a spill next to the bed that was sticky. The hotel is years past needing remodeling. Everything is worn, torn or broken even the remote to the tv.

When we entered the room we immediately noticed the bathroom was disgusting, there was pee all over the toilet seat, the towels had hairs all over them, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The bathroom was very unclean. The smell of the place was very musty, the curtains weren’t big enough where the room didn’t get very dark. Normally I don’t write reviews like this but figured I would pass it along as it doesn’t look like the pictures show.
