We booked this apartment for a weekend at the end of January. We arrived in the evening. We used the key box to enter. The apartment was freezing cold. There are 2 small radiators to heat the whole place which were switched off. Throughout the apartment there was a sewage smell and even worse in the bathroom. We put the heating on and sat in our coats waiting for it to warm up which it only did marginally - 2 radiators to heat a property of this size is really not sufficient. The floors and walls are so thin you could hear everything from the neighbours. The bed is so low you would almost lie on the floor and the pillows were as thin as paper. We were left 1 old looking towel each. The kitchen - a few odd plates and cups most the cupboards empty. We were left a old dish sponge that looked like it had been used for a year. There was an electric box in the hall which was buzzing and open (no cover) which we found concerning. Every where also seemed dusty. I suffer from breathing problems and after 7 hours driving we decided we couldn't stay. I contacted the owner explaining the problems and that we could not stay requesting even a partial refund as we had not used anything and had paid for 2 nights. They communicated back 2 days later and after several messages said they wouldn't give a refund or even a partial refund. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodation late at night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you look on the web there are other reviews mentioning similar problems.

Apartment is big an contains all you need.

Apartment is newly renovated but very poorly done. The was a penetrant sewage smell and heating not sufficient to keep the place warm.

L emplacement et le tarif.

L appartement mérite des travaux et l équipement est à revoir ou à remplacer , dans l annonce il est stipulé parking , il n y en a pas , il faut ce garer dans les rues adjacentes car très difficile de trouver une place .

Er was een eetkamer met slaapkamer, rolluiken om te verduisteren. Mooie trap naar appartement.

De ligging van het appartement (weinig parkeerplaats in de buurt). Hygiëne kan optimaler. Er lag geen matrasbeschermer op het bed. Op de foto's ziet alles er veelbelovender uit dan je in werkelijkheid ziet.

La localización

Séjour décevant pour mes parents : propreté insuffisante, linge avec une odeur désagréable et nuisances nocturnes à l’interphone. Ils ont dû écourter leur séjour. Dommage, car le logement a du potentiel mais nécessite une vraie remise à niveau.
