Could be better for that price.

Some cute features... but overpriced.

Lacking attention to details. Bathroom door handle was loose, holes in the walls, no bulb working in the upstairs mezzanine, rusty radiator in the bathroom. Overpriced for what it really was. Poor communication meant I was not given the code to get the keys, but had to get it through finding the listing again on booking.com and get their mobile to call, when all communication had been done by e mail until then.

Enjoyable stay, very close to city centre, great value accommodation.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Items such as hairdryer and iron were present. The location was great for getting into central Calais (walking distance but also a bus stop nearby) and the owners were super friendly and responded quickly to my messages.

I was surprised that all 3 beds were fold-up beds, I expected at least one proper bed. There is no wardrobe, only a chest of drawers. A bedside table with a lamp would have been nice.

Wij vonden het zo’n schattig en gezellig knus onderkomen met die kamer op de vliering

We kregen de magnetron eerst niet goed aan de gang (zal wel aan ons liggen want we zijn niet zo technisch). Uiteindelijk toch gelukt!
