Casa Lucia - Pink cocon - centre ville de Calais

The apartment is as advertised. It's very cozy, clean, and full of little details to make the stay comfortable. The location is away from town center but an easy walk. I loved having access to a tub, especially after a tough day, and being able to connect to Sonos throughout the apartment was also a nice touch. Finding the key was very straight-forward. The hosts were very responsive, and easy to communicate with.

There were some confusing comms: I received check out instructions, as if my stay had ended before receiving the key code. I was supposed to get the key code that morning but had to proactively request it as it was never sent out. My main issue is that when there is a cleaning fee, I expect little to no check out work (in my case, it was a one-night stay so it amounted to ~39% of the total cost). That said, it was minor stuff. Oh, seagulls are loud at night, and early morning so bring ear plugs.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit était propre, très bien agencé, et tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente vraiment à l’aise. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Appartement design et fonctionnel, arrangé avec goût. Un vrai cocon de douceur.
