The property was in a great part of town. There were plenty coffee/dining options around. It was walkable and very convenient for me to get around. I loved that, in order to get into the hotel, I had to use my key card and that made me feel much safer as a solo traveler. When I arrived, the stairs were covered and taped up - felt unsafe to use but it was manageable. The elevator is pretty sketchy and TINY, I barely fit myself and my two suitcases. Nonetheless, the hotel was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely helpful man checked us in the evening we arrived. Room was small, basic but clean. Lift stopped working which was hard going when your on the top floor. Asked for a plaster and the receptionist just said “no” with no concern with what the issue was. Continental breakfast in the mornings on the last morning we went to a bar a few doors down and had a excellent breakfast with tea and orange juice for 10 euro.

The hotel staff is very helpful with everything. Traveling during COVID is not easy but they helped me with everything and printed a document and helped me with finding a pharmacy for my test. The area is lovely and my room was comfortable and I loved the toiletries. Thank you!

Me and my partner loved the stay. Everything was clean and the room cleaning service was great. We also had occasional evening coffee in the lounge. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful - even offering to keep our luggage safe while we took a stroll on our last day before going back home.

Very quaint and cozy. Walls are thin and you have to lock yourself into the room. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there are places to eat and a tobacco shop on the block. The hotel itself is located in a great location to explore Paris away from the densely trafficked areas of central Paris. Be careful of Thomas the doorman he's got a criminal record in America

I had the same problem that others have reported on here. I checked in a day late and they canceled my entire booking and kept the money - then get this - they put the room that I paid for back on the market and rebooked it! I travel internationally every week as an advisory managing director at a big 4 and have never experienced this at any other hotel in the world. I understand that I should lose the first night that I booked because I arrived late, but why do they get to keep my money for my entire booking?! They are basically thieves. Their no refund policy is just a scam to steal money from people that check in late. Why do they get to keep my money for a service that I paid for and didn't receive and on top resell the booking to another person? This makes zero sense and I'm not sure how this can possibly be legal in France.

We booked a room for 3 daysCalled them 2 evenings before letting them now we would check in a bit late, but not to worryWhen we got there they cancelled our 4 day staying. They didn´t wanna explain why nor refund it.We called hotel.com. They had a 30 long phone call with them, but they did not wanna refund us. This hotel is situated in a very loud area of town that doesn't stop all night. There are a string of Irish pubs next door with drunk football fans chanting all day and night. Fairly clean with poor amenities. Don't replace used plastic cups or soap bars (have to ask). And don't provide an umbrella if it's raining. Rooms are small which is typical for Europe at this price point.

The hotel was very basic, which we expected due to cheap prices and we did not expect to spend much time in the room. However, the walls were paper thin, which meant you could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms late into the night. The room smelt of damp, which was understandable as the shower flooded the room every time we turned it on. The mattress was dirty and the hotel staff do not allow you to take your key with you when you leave the hotel which made us uncomfortable. Not a bad hotel for the price but I wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights in late-September. Good location and very nice staff. Room was adequate - small but comfortable enough with a desk. However, the hotel is in desperate need of a refurb and a deep clean. The view out of my window was onto an outside interior area, which was strewn with rubbish - frankly, it looked as if it was being used as a dumping ground. Carpet in the room was old and stained. Although the shower worked fine, the tub was old and very grubby. There is also no air conditioning in the room. The WiFi was overcomplicated to connect to and quite temperamental. Finally, upon check-in, I was asked to write my full credit card number on the guest details form. While nothing untoward came of this, I cannot recall any hotel anywhere ever asking me to do this before and don't understand the need for doing this - particularly as payment is taken upon arrival. Maybe when the work they were doing internally at the time is complete, the place will be better.

A very well located hotel in a great area. Métro less than 2 minutes' walk so very easy to get around. Very small room with little amenities (no kettle, hangers, fridge, etc.) but was well kept and clean. The room had a few broken objects but for the price, it is acceptable.

Very good location, close to basilica sacre coer and moulain rouge in montmartre. Price including continental breakfast which was very good. Staff very helpful and nice. Room and bathroom not spotless clean but overall good. You can`t expect a lot from 2 star hotel. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

The hotel room was outdated. The comforters were old. The room was cold because the heat was not enough to warm up room. The bathroom tub was dirty and old. There were no doors fully covering the bathroom tub. The carpets were old and stained. The TV was tiny. The floors felt like they moved. Great attentive and helpful staff. Decent breakfast with few options, don't expect hot food or breakfast meat. Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel lobby.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was very close to a metro station (place de Clichy), and to a parking building (since we drove to Paris). The free breakfast was a plus, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit old, but we only went there to sleep so it didn't matter much. Restaurants nearby are cheaper than in the center of the city and there is a cafeteria inside Castorama for inexpensive lunches.
