driving thru, picked this randomly online and was pleasantly surprised. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean.

I booked the Best Western because it allowed pets and had decent reviews. The initial room that I was given was dirty and smelled terrible. I asked to change rooms, but was told that none were available and that I could switch rooms the next day. The room that I was given was right next to the door leading to the outside. I could hear the door opening and closing through all hours of the night. The next day I asked to change rooms and was again told that none were available and that I could not get a refund. After voicing my concerns and experience, the front desk person changed his answer and told me that he would switch my room to another dog-friendly room on the other side of the building. Luckily, this room was clean and didn’t smell. I checked out of the new room the next morning only to be followed by multiple, unexplained charges on my card. I have now called twice to get the charges voided. This has been a horrible experience and it continues to be.
