    I come here pretty often and out of all the hotel around the area, this is the best and worth of money

    The check in was quick and easy, the guy at the front desk attitude seemed like he hated his job. The hotel need some work, paint, and updating. The 1st room ***we had was a 1bd suite... we quicking noticed the room is outdated, and needs more light... so dim and depressing In the suite. The coffee station had tiny baby ants everywhere, the bathroom doesn't have a humidity fan, so the walls floor ect sweats like crazy. (Probably why theres mold on the ceiling) I almost slipped and fell. The tub doesn't drain so I was taking a shower standing in 3 to 4 inches of water. The let out couch is uncomfortable and had no sheets/blankets. We had to go down and get some. We did find 2 pillows (no cases) and a thin cover inside a bag in a drawer in the room. We end up moving to another room***. Was much cleaner, no ants, no mold, no sheets/blankets for let out couch. Also they need to vacuum/ clean the inside of the let out couches... it was all type of crud down in there... finger nail clippings, hair, food. (I was disgusted) Still dark and gloomy. The food we ordered from downstairs looked good but we stopped eating after finding hair in our burger smh... I was done after that! I will be make sure i get a refund when they send my deposits back. The pool was okay... water was like warm. (Not too bad) the hotel was warm as well. The front desk lady on our 2nd night was really nice tho. Oh and we asked for a late checkout out, only to be told we have to wake up and call in the morning smh that was the purpose for our checking out late we wanted to sleep in and not be woken up. Smh we gave 2 stars cause my daughter really enjoyed the pool. But we will never stay again.
