    This stay we were given a room in the St.Ann building by the street. We hear everything from the street including the 5am garbage pickups. I realize that is expected. What I didn’t expect was the noises from other guests, the elevator noises, and the door to the staircase sticking and slamming noises. These additional noises were as if they were in the room with us! Lastly and this one is what did me in… a baby roach in the bathroom, thank God I saw it the last night we stayed. I love the hotel, love the location and the staff but the old building could use some TLC

    This hotel has always been impeccable on every stay. The staff is very accommodating & friendly & I see the same faces from year to year. A wonderful place to stay!
