The staff here are great people, very polite and care about there customer's being comfortable and happy. I would stay here before any other hotel in the area they have breakfast, a pool, rooms are amazingly clean and the pricing is awesome

I was really disappointed with my stay here. First, there was a $25 daily pet fee, which felt like an unnecessary cash grab for a long-term guest. After dealing with these added charges and hassle, we checked out completely and ended up waiting outside for two hours after checkout due to a mix-up. Then, instead of communicating in person, the staff only spoke through a closed glass door and ended up calling the cops for trespass. The officer was reasonable, no citation, but the hotel staff seemed completely out of touch. Whether it was due to ignorance, negligence, or something else, the entire experience was unpleasant. The common areas were filthy, from floor to floor, and full of insects. Overall, it was frustrating and disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend staying here
