The hotel is in serious need of updating. My room looked. I thing like the pics. I asked for fresh linen and was told to change it myself…really? The shower is terrible, horrible water pressure and it was lukewarm to cold. I asked for a different room and that room was worse because they allow pets and no one really cleans. The floors are cracked and no one has swept or mopped. I bought supplies and cleaned myself. I am so unhappy. This was a birthday/baby shower trip and it was not great being here.
