Front desk staff were extremely friendly, even being busy, I didn’t feel like they were rushing me through process. Rooms were clean, bedding was very comfortable and there were a lot of good choices for breakfast.

Dirty room. Horrible lights in the room. Rude staff. Called for airport transfer, waited 25 minutes, and when it arrived they didn’t have room for us in the car. Told us to call again and wait 30 minutes and hope that it would be room for us the next time. We are travelling with a baby, so we couldn’t wait any longer and paid for a taxi instead. The authorisation on our card is still reserved even though we were told that it would be released the day after.

After a terrible hotel experience during our stay at another hotel, this was a truly refreshing surprise! The hotel was beautiful & clean & the staff was the friendliest I’ve encountered. We spent part of the evening eating & talking with friends in the lobby. I couldn’t help but notice how the desk staff’s positive attitude impacted so many guests dealing with travel delays.
