We loved the staff and the shuttle driver! They were so all helpful. The young ladies at the front desk that night of 29 October were extremly professional and courteous! We did not get their names, but they deserve kudos!

Lovely safe hotel with great staff

Great reasonably priced hotel , ideal when arriving on a late flight . The free shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport made everything easy. I stayed here with my 3 children on a trip to Chicago. The swimming pool was a big hit as was the gorgeous breakfast with a great waffle maker. The kids are still taking about the gorgeous waffles they made with beautiful toppings

The cleanliness and the overall look of the hotel/room. The 2 women at the front desk who went out of their way to make our stay wonderful but I didn't get their names at check in.

I had an excellent stay, service was above and beyond, and the breakfast was very good.

Squeaky clean! Modern, bright, airy. I especially liked the heating/air conditioning system. So much nicer than the usual window type units used in most hotels.

The location isn't great- lots of traffic.

A nice place close to the airport with a shuttle and a decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Staff (front desk, maids, food service, maintenance) were very efficient and friendly. Shuttle bus from/to airport was great. Breakfast options were good. Fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, bread/muffins. Bed was comfortable. Lots of outlets (not all of them worked, however). Window had two blinds - one a blackout blind. Internet had a special promo code for free access - this may not always be the case as they posted rates for WIFI. Shuttle drivers were friendly and informative.

The toilet was much lower than normal. The water level is much closer to your body interfering with wiping (tissue got wet) and a disturbing dip upon sitting down for the well endowed. Their cardless system checked me out at breakfast and I needed to get it reset - an annoyance. I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Small fiber filled pillows. With 4 pillows maybe they could have provided some variability.

Great location & shuttle bus was very handy to get in and out of the airport or to access transport to the city. Good breakfast & kind staff. Gave free bottled water daily which was excellent.

The room was spacious, clean and had good facilities. I enjoyed the bathtub. I used the fitness room, which had a good selection of weights and other machines. I didn't use the pool or hottub but they looked very nice, and I would have if I had had time. Close to restaurants and other things to do, plus obviously close to the airport and free shuttle with very nice drivers. I was impressed with the selection of foods, snacks and beverages available for purchase at the front desk.

The breakfast could have had some more healthier options, like fruit and vegetables.

Clean, comfortable accommodation right by the airport. The free airport shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes was great.

It would have been nice to have had a restaurant or something in the hotel for dinner, but they have a bunch of take-out menus there and let you order in, at least.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel had recently been renovated, so everything was nice, clean and functional. Beds comfortable. Staff wonderful. They even include breakfast—simple, not a feast, but perfectly adequate. Nice touch.

Close to the airport and very practical. Free breakfast starts early. Clean installations and comfy stop when arriving or leaving. The shuttle driver was very friendly

Struggled with the shuttle as we arrived after 12am. We called front desk and they told us we were already checked in and didn’t think we had the right hotel. We still took the shuttle and resolved it upon arrival.

Clean room but messy service

Room was fine. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast quite basic. Easy parking. Airport shuttle was of very good use to reach the metro that would bring us to the center.

we were 5 and I booked two rooms, one was a queen room for 3 persons and another one was for 2 person and had mobility accessible bath tub. the 2 rooms had different prices because of the number of guests. we arrived in the morning and left our bags. In the night i returned before my friends and started the check in. Here the drama started. First I was asked to pay a different price: upon my enquiry well supported by my booking confirmation, the reception lady answered that this was the price in their system, the price was equal for both rooms as they were identical and I was having the only option to pay and complain the day after. I paid, informed my friends and went to sleep. When my friends arrived: the one with whom i shared the room was not allowed to come in and the three were given a queen room with only one bed! while the reservation was for 2 queen beds. Looooong story... at the end, i was woken up to allow my friends to get in the room and the other three ended up in a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed - which was not our reservation! In the morning, we complained and the price was adjusted - we realized at that point that likely our room assignment was switched! The reception lady made a mess at time of the check in without bothering to check the details of the reservation , dismissing our comments - well supported by the booking confirmation - indicating this was a Booking.com mistake. We had a place to sleep - but it ended up to be an unpleasant experience.

Great hotel for long layovers at O'Hare

The hotel is placed in perfect distance from the airport, an Uber took about 8 minutes back and forth (there is a free shuttle but we just had a more hectic schedule and a nervous cat, it was easier to take a taxi). The stuff was very nice, the room was clean, good sized, and the bathroom looked brand new. Overall, a great experience, even with a cat who wanted to murder us for traveling for so long :)

The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable is the weekend price for one night - we've only spent about 8 hours at the hotel, and had to give $280 (not counting the pet fee).
