Room and staff were wonderful but parking left a lot to be desired during such cold weather.

Weather was freezing the night I booked. Very disappointed that the parking spot I finally found was at the back of the lot but saw numerous snow-covered vehicles scattered all throughout the lot, even in spots near the door. Led me to believe the hotel offered free parking to those flying out if you booked a stay. Why aren’t those people made to park at the rear of the lot to free up spaces closer to the building for those of us still staying at the hotel??

Convenient, clean, comfortable!

The shuttle was very helpful for my early morning flight. I was glad to have the take-along breakfast, which was yummy! Would definitely stay here again.

Wasn't clear that I had to call the hotel to get the airport shuttle to pick us up as it was 19 F outside. One of the other van drivers told me to call the hotel for the shuttle.

When I first went to take a shower the water was only Luke warm, but we called down to let them know they checked it for us and fixed it immediately. Basically told us most likely it was due to the cold weather. That wasn't really a big issue cause it was fixed immediately.

Lovely safe hotel with great staff

Great reasonably priced hotel , ideal when arriving on a late flight . The free shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport made everything easy. I stayed here with my 3 children on a trip to Chicago. The swimming pool was a big hit as was the gorgeous breakfast with a great waffle maker. The kids are still taking about the gorgeous waffles they made with beautiful toppings

I had an excellent stay, service was above and beyond, and the breakfast was very good.

Squeaky clean! Modern, bright, airy. I especially liked the heating/air conditioning system. So much nicer than the usual window type units used in most hotels.

A nice place close to the airport with a shuttle and a decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Staff (front desk, maids, food service, maintenance) were very efficient and friendly. Shuttle bus from/to airport was great. Breakfast options were good. Fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, bread/muffins. Bed was comfortable. Lots of outlets (not all of them worked, however). Window had two blinds - one a blackout blind. Internet had a special promo code for free access - this may not always be the case as they posted rates for WIFI. Shuttle drivers were friendly and informative.

The toilet was much lower than normal. The water level is much closer to your body interfering with wiping (tissue got wet) and a disturbing dip upon sitting down for the well endowed. Their cardless system checked me out at breakfast and I needed to get it reset - an annoyance. I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Small fiber filled pillows. With 4 pillows maybe they could have provided some variability.

Great location & shuttle bus was very handy to get in and out of the airport or to access transport to the city. Good breakfast & kind staff. Gave free bottled water daily which was excellent.
