This is an excellent choice for an airport overnight. I stayed because I had an unexpected layover in Chicago.

Good basic hotel close to the airport. The hotel to airport transfer was quick and efficient.

Food options limited, even though there was a small snack selection available to purchase in the lobby.

Decent hotel near airport with restaurant and shuttle

Room was comfy enough, and convenience to the airport was ok, shuttle service was enticing. There was a gas station with a subway and liquor store nearby that you could walk to, and there is an onsite restaurant, which is nice. The food at the restaurant was ok, and reasonably priced compared to others.

The walk down a long hallway to my room showed damage on a wall underneath a window. Just made me thing the whole hotel probably needed some attention. The food at the restaurant was ok, and reasonably priced compared to others.

Great room, and location for a layover, that one woman need to be talked to so she can get better

Nice location

The staffing were rude, they hang up on me when I called on the phone to check on my parents if they made it to their hotel reservation because they couldn’t be reached on the phone. I called in at Check-in and at check out. That’s woman was mean. It was on November 10, 2025 at 6AM. The woman who worked that shift need to be readjusted be patient with clients.

They charged me “Debited” 100 dollars from my debit card and never credited me,they did NOT put a hold like you do with a credit card,they debited or charged my debit card and never deposited or reimbursed me for it.

The aweful, lumpy, hard, old bed!

The room was very spacious and on the first floor which was great because we're handicapped.

THAT BED!!! At the price we paid for ONE night, the mattress was AWEFUL! I've slept on floors that were more comfortable! We have a couple more dates to stay here and I'm seriously thinking about canceling.

The location of Hotel and size of room

The hotel was dirty . I stayed 9 days and they only clean the room once and i had to go to the front desk to get it done. I had to go to front desk every night to get clean towels. They didn't tell me I would have to pay for parking until i got there. The whole experience was nothing that you would think to expect from Sheraton chain . There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room . You get that even in motel 6 and cheap places but you also get turn down service and clean towels daily.

Disappointing physical conditions and cleanliness

Location relative to airport

Dirty room with dead bugs and dirt in the room corners. Trash under the bed from previous guests. Excessive Mold in the shower with a leaky shower head and faucet. Would not shower there under these conditions. No refrigerator in room as booked for medication. Very disappointing facility with nice staff and location.

Shuttle was regular and true to time. The hotel is in need of serious updates and the communal areas need a deep clean. 7th floor hall carpet dirty, elevators dirty and the restaurant not open for breakfast on a sunday morning.

Location was close to the fashion outlet.

The shower head was moldy and as soon as you turned the shower on the tub started getting sudsy, so I'm assuming they didn't clean it well either. I also didn't realize that it was 15 a day to park.

Room dirty, switched from a king to a double as they were out of kings upon arrival. Bedspread stained with yellow. Old carpet in room, no hair dryer, freezing, dory shower. Shower curtain stained. Garbage full everywhere, seemed closed.

What a disappointment after spending 2 nights at FourPoints by Sharaton in edmonton, this hotel was the opposite. Worn out, expensive compared to quality, only one person at reception at evening, bar closing before 10 pm, paperwalls and roomkeys that didn´t work. Cleaning was decreased because of covid, which could be seen but shouldn´t cleaning be increased due to covid? And finally, the manager was not available for discussion!
