We stayed 3 nights in a triple room in November. Room had dated furniture and decor however was clean. Room service was great and ensured room was cleaned everyday. Room was warm though and had no air condition and reception staff asked to leave windows open. This was during cooler months so not sure how it works during summer. Decent breakfast provided.

The hotel is small and ild but really cozy.
Breakfast is simple but good.
Location is just perfect, 200m away from St Marcos square.
The people in the reception is very kind and helpful.
