Breakfast was exactly the same each morning, make your own waffles and stale cerial. One bed was lower than the other and was uncomfortable. Getting fresh towels was like pulling teeth...like they didn't have enough towels to go around. The bathroom had a pocket door, and my kids needed help opening and closing it because it would stick. There was only a walk in shower, no bath tub. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

Three times on different days, the front desk was notified that children were running around the hallways at midnight, and they did nothing, claiming that everything is normal unless it's past 1 AM. Not everyone who stays there is going to enjoy the pool as an extraordinarily good thing. We're going to work from 6 AM to 8-9 PM, and they don't care.

Booked for 2 nights stay dound hotel and asked at desk the price per night it was way higher than on line so booked on line. Room we recieved the door where the small glass to loom theu to see who is at door was missing so anyone could just look thru it on the outside and see in room had to cover with papers Bathroom the shower door was missing the entire handle to open and close shower there were just 2 holes in shower door you had to work to get it open after you showered and there was mildew on the ceiling in the entire bathroom toilet area

We killed 14 large cockroaches in the first 20 minutes of being there. I think too many people live at hotels anymore. Not real clean but tolerable. Hate to know how many roaches were crawling on us while we were asleep. Told front desk about it the next morning and they couldn't refund anything because it was paid with a card. I don't suggest staying here.

The employees where very nice and fast to get problems solved. The second floor had a fowl smell in the hall way the leaked in to the room. House keeping could have been better. Allbthe lamps werr unplugged. Sobwe had to pull the bed out to find a plug and found a random shirt that did not belong to us so i left it there and scooted the bed back. Over all it was a decent stay

I stayed one night at your hotel during my visit to close by holiday World (29 min away). All of hotel staff I interacted with was very friendly and was your best attribute. The building and especially the rooms need major and minor updates to make the place better for guests and the proprietor. Fresh paint on the walls, some replacement or resurfaced furniture, an attention to some easly resolved appearance and comfort issues would be great. The hotel could move up in star levels and become my new favorite place to stay near holiday world. Prospective guests should consider this place if you can find 85 dollars a night plus tax. I noticed when I visited middle week that the hotel was not busy at all with guests, it certainly could be. Management you could use this temporary bad situation to make improvements to a few rooms at a time and rent those improved rooms out first to as you work though everything. On a side not you might want to put up multiple signs indicating where the only ice machine is. Btw I love the showers and not traditional tubes in the bathroom I was in. I am not sure if that is the same in every room or not. More effort should be spent on cleaning better both sides of bathroom pocket doors. I hope my review comes across fair as I intended it to be.

This hotel needs some work. The lobby is dirty, check in is difficult with the plexiglass barriers, mini van was parked under the car port the entire stay, steps going from lobby to second floor were disgusting, hallways were worn down and hot/smelly, outdoor pool was gross (came back one night to dogs swimming). The room itself was 3/10. The remodel work was done the cheapest way possible. Holes all over the walls, sink was cracked, metal was rusted, paint chipped, lampshades dirty, holes in the carpet, doors didn’t shut completely so there was light shining in through the cracks. The mattress was very old and smashed down, not comfortable at all. The room above was very noisy at all hours with stomping and banging. Workers started banging and cutting something early in the morning (6:45am) one day.
