Our room was very clean, very quiet (except for the heavy-footed people upstairs) and very spacious. The evening staff person was very friendly and informative. The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. I enjoyed the bath products and lotion. I have paid much more for a much less satisfactory stay in other hotels. I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns that were not nearly as nice as this one. Don't hesitate to book here!

We were one of just a few people staying at this time. I understand the logic of putting people close together, however it would have been nice to not have the noisy family with children directly above us, given there were plenty of rooms to choose from.

Ivy, front desk worker, was exceptional. The stay was comfortable.

The carpets need a good cleaning. There was hair on the bed linen.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and enjoy the closeness to Holiday World.

The bathroom door had to remained shut to avoid setting off the fire alarm. This made it difficult to travel with small children. Additionally, the shower leaked everywhere. There wasn’t a fan to turn on either. Air conditioner made loud noise. We had a billing issue with staff that went unresolved after a week of phone calls. Lastly, we requested housekeeping and all they did was change the trash.
