    Really I couldn't fault this hotel, not just for location but the room was lovely, clean and huge! It was mostly quiet too except 1 morning very early, staff outside our room were talking very loudly (but we were by a storage room on the 6th floor). The elderly man who got our suitcases was an absolute sweetheart. My only complaint was that there was a girl on reception who was surly and had little patience. We were told they would try to get our room ready earlier and to come back an hour or so later after lunch, which we did, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. She very rudely told my husband that check in wasn't until 4pm. Fair enough but then don't tell us to come back earlier! She came across as though she doesn't really enjoy her job, but all of the other reception staff were lovely and extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

    Not really near on the station. Staff reception were noisy can hear at the room. No water foc provided, yet the bar fridge is chargeable for any drinks u taken even the water. Room is dimmed. Given confusion to upgrade superior room, and transfer, but yet not to and ask to stay same room. But still not worth for paying this 3 star hotel for almost $700 sgd for two nights.
