    Fantastic location clean rooms friendly staff only 5 mins walk roughly from the Rome train station! Plenty of restaurants around the area

    The hotel was in a good location. It was clean, but the toilet had a slight flushing issue. The bathroom, shower, and hot water were all fine. They charged an additional €3 per person per day, which is common for most hotels in Rome. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price I paid.

    Don’t stay here. There’s cheaper and better places closer to Rome Termini. If I wasn’t so busy leading up to the stay I would have rebooked elsewhere and cancelled but I missed the cancellation date. Seems to be a bunch of rooms leased by different hotels/people I sent them an email a few days before asking if either late check out or add an extra day was ok as we would be catching a night train, no reply. Didn’t worry too much about it as there were nice looking cheaper places close by. On check in we asked if this was possible, check out at 9pm tomorrow night, he said that’s fine. Reception is open 24 hours a day. So tomorrow night is fine? Yes yes. The lift was janky and sounds like it gets partially stuck going between floors We get to the room and the key/lock mechanism barely works. We had to get reception to come and look. You have to be lucky and stroke the key and press the door gently if you can get the key to precisely 93.5°on the first go. The room fridge didn’t cool anything down and is more like a side table than a fridge. Sound proofing is non existent and you could hear people clomping around or clearing their throat, through the doors, through the ceiling, through the floor. Luckily the kids upstairs stopped jumping around not too late. The shower had no shelf or anywhere to put your things. The sink hole looked had no plug or grate so if you accidentally drop anything, it’s gone forever (yes your toothbrush or contact lenses will fit down the hole). When we went out in the morning they asked aren’t you checking out? We said we arranged 9pm check out with the guy yesterday, they decided it wasn’t possible and we’d have to pay extra but they were now full. No problem. We will grab our things then. When we left they offered to hold our bags but we wouldn’t trust them now and used a luggage storage and didn’t bother with another place (but they were about $30 cheaper)
