    If clients paid for/choose breakfast it is because they require it. Even if facility decides to renovate facility that provides breakfast; the hotel still need to find a solution to provide breakfast to those that paid for it, or reduce/refund amount they paid for hotel, and an apology. Nothing happened other than “No breakfast!!!” UNSAT!!! Do not go here because your best interest is not in their interest, but your money. Find another place please.

    Nice enough room but there is nothing around and the hotel has a nice looking restaurant/bar that isn't open. We were there for one of the biggest events of the year (NFL draft) and it never opened.

    Disgusting place. Staff was nice, but room was dirty and disgusting. Obvious filth in the bathroom was left uncleaned. Walls falling apart in various places. Room darkening shades were poorly placed so that light filled the room early. Also it was advertised as “breakfast included” in the Agoda website where we booked (same as ***). No breakfast is even served! Also, the location is remote with a terrible road down to the hotel with terrible potholes. What’s happening with Wyndham??? A solid grade of D!

    Stay could be better! Staffs need to be more professional! Agoda information was not up to date, property didn’t offer breakfast though our booking was including breakfast and room doesn’t offer insuite oven or fridge!
