Hotel is exceptionally convenient for reaching early morning flights. The shuttle drivers are very good and considerate. The front desk was efficient in in-take.
This is a very large hotel that has been somewhat orphaned by the opening of the new Pittsburgh Airport Terminal. The hotel is physically connected to the walkway to the old terminal that is now closed. As a result, this hotel must have lost a huge volume of customers since you now have to take a shuttle to the new terminal. Although the hotel is adequately maintained, I was surprised that they had filled in the Jacuzzi and tiled over it. I was hoping to use the hot tub the night before my flight and was disappointed that it no longer exists. The paint on the bottom of the pool is also wearing off. And overall, you can tell this hotel has been around from a while. I do not blame the owners for cutting back on investment since I'm not sure what the long-term plans are for this hotel.

Toilet didn’t flush and kept blocking. Duvet in bed was quite old Hotel looking a little tired and now not as attractive now that not accessible from new terminal as easily.
