Our recent stay exceeded expectations. The entire staff was exceptional, and the front desk team deserves special recognition. We interacted with them every day and consistently received friendly, professional service. We also appreciated how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. Many hotels claim to welcome pets, but this property truly delivers on that promise. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Overall, the hotel's commitment to hospitality was evident in every interaction.

It was nice it wasn’t directly in the city.
The ticket system at first was pretty confusing as it was my first time there I didn’t know how it worked

Shuttle bus - perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will come again and recommend to others.

I was able to quickly transit to the airport via shuttle.
Now that the walkway to the airport is no longer in operation, there is literally no point in using this marginal hotel. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price point and had a 10-minute shuttle ride instead of a 5-minute shuttle ride.
