Upon waking in to room 219, it smelled like old, damp, dirty furniture. We dropped our stuff off and left to enjoy the beach. When we returned and tried to shower the tub filled up with dirty water within 2-3 min. The drain wasn’t working. We called the front desk who sent the maintenance man. He removed the drain stopped and said he’d send someone first thing in the morning to snake it. Long story short, no one came to fix the tub and none of us were able to shower. Also, I’m a stomach sleeper, and the area between the bed and nightstand smelled horrible! It was a mix between a dirty, wet dog and vomit.it was so gross, I was woken up several times during the night due to the nasty smell.

We love staying at Oxford Suites whenever we visit Pismo, Very nice homie feeling, comfortable, clean,pet friendly, i love because its close to shopping and good quality food, also its justva few minutes over the hill to Grand Ave , Oxford is always a nice stay and its not all congested like if you were staying close to the pier, I will definitely be staying here again probably for many years to come, The rooms arecalways clean, Staff is excellent and always friendly, andcwhats great about it is you have the living room area and the bedroom is separately 😊

The kitchen staff is friendly and kind. We enjoyed their friendliness! The actual food was a disappointment. It lacked taste, quality, and honestly, it seemed as if the hotel was trying to cut costs as much as possible and just throw out there whatever you could get away with. Same with the evening happy hour. It lacks appeal and taste. But the bar tender was great! Very friendly!👍

The Staff was very courteous. The rooms need updating. Some of the furniture is tired and old. The TV was difficult to use. Plus, the rooms are not quiet. There must have been a large family with numerous kids next to us. They ran and played until 1:15 AM. Every time the heater came on, it rumbled loudly. This is a very large complex. They serve a nice hot breakfast.

Stayed here on a girl's trip for a birthday. Stayed in a wemmune suite on a rainy november weekend. The location was excellent and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, just the right amount of softness, not your typical hard hotel bed. Breakfast was okay, typical scrambled eggs sausage patty et cetera, you can't be included. All the rooms facing to the courtyard was lovely. The hot tub was a good temperature and clean. Everything considered.I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Fire alarm went off at 1130pm scaring my wife and myself to the point where we couldn’t go back to sleep for hours. It wasn’t until 30 minutes later that we overheard the front desk worker saying it was a malfunction and they were waiting for the manager to come help turn it off because they didn’t know how to fix it. Other then that we have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 years when we are in Pismo beach
