Horrible stay! Reserved room and paid in advance. Upon checking in I was subjected to excessive parking fees, which was bizarre given this was a small central coast beach town and the parking lot sat empty with zero; and I mean absolutely zero parking around hotel; so there was zero choice but to pay unless I took an Uber there. Second I was made to make a deposit for incidentals which I was unaware of given I supplied a credit card to reserve room. Which seems to be held for 10 days. Still haven’t seen my funds released. I reserved an accessible room for my mother’s ease of use and ability to get to room. This didn’t matter because we had to walk a long uphill path from where we were allowed to park. 1st room the window shade came crashing down and we had no way to shade window so they moved us into room across from ours which was not accessible. Room locked us out from inside and no one on staff to get us into room so I had to use my MacGyver skills to access room. Room was infested with gnats, which I come to find was the coffee maker as the origin of infestation. Glad I saw the larve before I used it. And to top it all off breakfast was not included but rather a $20 per person option. Which I declined for obvious reasons. Do not stay at this hotel you will regret it and it really makes the Hilton brand look cheap and very penny pinching.

What a wonderful place to spend a weekend the Hilton Garden Inn was very nice accommodating clean, and the pool was just feet from my patio. I will definitely be staying here again.

The Staff was GREAT, starting with check in with Erika Gallegos. The bartenders, the housekeeping, every body. So why not 5 stars. Well we booked here because it had a bar. The only thing less enticing than the bar hours was the poor selection. a couple beers and a couple wines. not really a bar. And it seemed like it was never open. But let's talk about hot water... there wasn't any. When I stay in a hotel for 4 days, it would sure be nice to have a hot shower every morning. Tepid would best describe the hottest the shower and sink water got. Too bad. We had a great room with an ocean view and as I mentioned, the staff was great. now fix the hot water and add some items and hours to your bar.

Nice property, conveniently located to 101 freeway, restaurants and shops. Great gym with lots of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. I thought breakfast was included but it was an extra $22 per person plus tax. It did not appear to be worth it.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when going to Pismo. This is the first time I came back after it has been touched up. It is a nice and quiet place to stay, located near highway 1 but you could hardly hear the traffic. Location is a short drive to stores, beach, and pier.

Seen the rat slide under the door after we found the droppings. We started shaking out our clothes and the rat ran for the door gap in room 139 and escaped. Then we reported and they didn’t care. Plus we provided the proof of the droppings and still. No accountability or action.
