La ubicacion, la distribucion de la casa, la terraza en el piso superior. La vista desde la recamara y de la terraza. L ailuminacion de luz natural
El estado de los colchones puede ser mejor. Lo mismo aplica para la ropa de cama. Los utensilios de la cocina son muy basicos y pocos para una familia de 4.
