Great location and very comfortable.

Communication with the letting agency was really poor. Never got back to emailed questions.

Really lovely apartment which was more spacious than it looks on the pictures. A bottle of wine awaitied us, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't really use it as we were there for a quick trip to do a charity walk. The property is opposite the beach and very near the town, which has lovely little places to eat and drink, plus cute boutique shops.

The twin bed room, the mattresses were not very comfortable and could do with an upgrade. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the apartment, not a problem for us but if you had any mobility problem, it would not be ideal. Having to pay all money upfront, so no flexibility on booking, and the 10am check out time were not ideal. Personally I think 11am should be the earliest, especially as the check-in time is not until 4pm.

Very comfortable beds, excellent location in the centre of Aldeburgh.

All was good. Could have done with less of the seaside themed decor.

self catering holiday.Apartment was excellent everything was there that we needed.Five minute walk to town plenty of places to eat and drink and stone throw from beach.No problem with parking all in all perfect stay .Thank you.
