Close to Romolo metro, around 9 minutes walking. Great metro line to access central Milan Close to Navigli area, if you use the short way walking through the Baden Powell park (10 minutes). Nice park too. Great Ice cream place at the end of the road (5 minutes) Plenty of cafes and restaurant nearby. Quiet area, great corner cafe where all locals meet. The flat is big and nice, and has everything you need for a short stay.

This is our unfortunate experience so it might not happen to others! But, we experienced difficulties receiving the instructions to access the property. I had to follow up because I never received them initially, only to find out I needed to upload my ID again. This was quite inconvenient, especially while traveling. Since I had booked several months in advance, this should have been checked beforehand by the property manager. Access to three doors was controlled via an internet link, which didn’t work. As a result, we had to call the property manager to be let in. The air conditioning was not working. There was mixed communication: they said someone would come in the morning, but no one showed up. Later, they said someone would come in the evening and asked me to be present. We waited for several hours, causing us to miss an evening out. The air conditioning finally started working after the visit. Overall, we had a difficult start to our stay, mainly due to access management issues. The property itself is as described, except for the terrace, which I wouldn’t really call a terrace—you have to squeeze onto a small balcony!. It is a great location and quite area. Too bad we had a bad start.

Très bel appartement bien situé à 7 minutes à pieds du tramway 2 qui va en 25 minutes Place du Duomo. Tout confort avec bonne literie

Il serait souhaitable de revoir le pommeau de douche pour le débit et l'eau chaude était très longue à arriver. Odeur persistante dans la cuisine. nous avons dû laisser aérer la piéce

Beautiful modern flat, with everything you could need. Close to bars, restaurants, night life but not in a noisy area.

Hot water was difficult to regulate. We had an issue following the instructions to get into the flat but the staff were brilliant and sorted the issue. Surprisingly for Milan no full length mirror.

Estuvimos 6 noches. Cada día al entrar al piso hacía una olor horrible a algo inespecífico que no supimos encontrar. Tuvimos un problema con el agua de la ducha que no salía con presión y esto hacía que no se encendiera la caldera. (El propietario no hizo nada al respecto). En la misma ducha, el suelo estaba lleno de hongo. El mobiliario de la habitación alguno roto y otro sucio.
