We had a lovely stay at Riverside. The accommodation was all that we hoped for, located in a charming village, which is well situated to visit many of Dorset's attractions. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent from the word go. Attention to detail second to none. Right from the start everything was catered for with little extras that made us feel we were valued. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a quiet location. Dogs very welcome and the opportunity to explore is on your doorstep.

The property was clean and comfy and the location was good for dog walks but we couldn’t help but feel cheated by the photo of the garden. We first thought that there was a private garden and on arrival it turned out it was a shared garden. We accepted this. A garden area is very important to us to easily let the dogs out into a safe enclosed area. The shared garden area was nothing like the photo of the ‘riverside view garden area’ as shown in the pictures on the site. The so called shared garden was a shared drive way with the owners property that had a table and 2 chairs stuffed into one corner with a view of the cars!

Great cottage, home from home, very comfortable, made to feel welcome. Ideal for walks etc. lovely pub just a stones throw away, good food. As we were staying in February we had the use of the log burner. Would recommend this place, very peaceful. The bed was so comfortable that we ordered a mattress for ourselves when we got home. Sharon gave us the web site.
