GRAZIOSA -Riomaggiore- 5 Terre-

The location was great: away from the crowds but close to everything. Pre-communication from Nicole was very good and clear, and getting to the apartment and getting in was very straightforward. Nicole also checked with us after a few days to make sure everything is ok. The bed was comfortable (though the pillows are very firm) and because the apartment ground floor is actually a few steps below ground level it was pleasantly cool, even in the intense heat during our stay. It's lovely that there's a kettle and coffee machine as well as tea and coffee are provided. There was also a huge selection of packaged breakfast items provided, which was very thoughtful, though we had bought our own. There's also a good number of cups, glasses and plates. The wifi was excellent.

Because the apartment is essentially one very high room that's been divided by putting in a mezzanine floor, it is very dark. Downstairs, the only light is through the glazed entrance door and the upstairs window does not illuminate the room much either. During a heatwave, this was ideal, but meant that we had to have lights on in the middle of the day. It would be nice to sit in front of the apartment in the evening, but this is not possible. (However, the nearby piazza is a nice place to sit. ) The stairs up to the mezzanine are steep - they were fine for us, but I wouldn't recommend it for anybody with mobility constraints. Concerning equipment, a bigger drying rack would be really helpful, or a line along the outside of the house. We struggled to dry beach towels, etc.

Voto 10 a questa struttura! Accogliente, arredata con buon gusto, in una posizione invidiabile. Dotata di tutti i comfort: cialde offerte per il caffè, merendine per colazioni, ombrellone per spiaggia, e ombrelli per la pioggia. Le proprietarie carinissime ad indicarci le varie possibilità per il parcheggio e disponibilissime per qualsiasi richiesta. Se dovessi tornare, tornerei qui senza dubbio. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Nulla, è andato tutto perfettamente. Anzi meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo.

C'erano delle merendine a disposizione e tè e caffè. La posizione è buona e facilmente raggiungibile ma non so se sia così facile per chi ha problemi di mobilità. Ho trovato prodotti igienici femminili a disposizione, che ho molto apprezzato.

L'appartamento ha delle scale interne per raggiungere la camera abbastanza scomode così come il bagno l'ho trovato scomodo, ha la porta che non sia apre perchè sbatte contro la trave del soffitto e il lavandino è a dir poco minuscolo.
