Pleasant but not suitable for summer stay

Food in the restaurant, very nice and polite staff members, location, cleanliness,

31 degrees in the room at 9:30 PM , we could barely sleep. We needed to drip the towels in cold water and cover ourselves with them. Ventillator barely brought any relief. The room felt like a sauna chamber.

I travelled alone with my six year old and they were all so great with me and my son, very mindful to get us a seat to have dinner although we made a last minute reservation and they were fully booked with new years dinners. We forgot my sons plush toy and they immediately contacted us about that! Food was great, room was amazing to sleep and the whole hotel feels great to be at.

I would have liked a room with a view but that would be me wanting too much :)

Disappointing

We booked room in penzion but when we arrived they informed us they have over booking. They propossed us „romantic tent”. Tent was nice but temperature inside was low. Air conditioner wasnt enougt to heat this pleace. Was so cold that we were not able to sleep. Humadity inside was so high that our clothes were all wet :(

Everything was great!!!!!

Everything was great. The room, the location, the hotel, breakfast and not to forget the willingness of the staff to wait till midnight to accommodate us as we had been delayed by 7 hours due to traffic problems when coming from Croatia and an arrogant and rude Austrian customs officer when crossing a small border from Slovenia less than 10 km from the hotel shortly before midnight. Simply he had forgotten we are in Schengen and needed to check almost everything incl. our dog.

Heaven on earth!

Great staff at reception and in a bar! Great surroundings with lake and mountains! Perfect rooms with fully equipped bathroom! Reality one to one with photos during reservation! Cleanliness on a high level. Great bar and breakfast!

Beautiful location, lovely rooms, friendly, helpful staff. It's part of a holiday resort with glamping and camping , but all very quiet and a nice atmosphere

Eine Wochenende zum vergessen

Tolle Lage, nettes Umgebung, gute Frühstück !!!!

- Trotzdem Zimmerbuchung und einen Hotelbelegung mit 80% Skiathleten wir waren am Abend erzwungen ein anderes Restaurant in Umgebung zu besuchen da in unserem Hotel Restaurant eine private Feiern stattgefunden hat (sehr unprofessionell für der Hotelleitung). Pizzeria in nächste Ortschaft war aber sehr lecker - Hotel direkt am See, aber Gehweg rund um See überhaupt nicht weggeräumt 😡

Soggiorno bellissimo anche per le famiglie

Posto stupendo. Cibo buono e abbondante. Piste di fondo vicino all’hotel e piste per sci alpino a pochi minuti. Belle e spaziose. Camere grandi e comode. Lago meraviglioso.

Superwahl für einen Kurztrip, sowohl im Sommer & Winter.

Die Pension ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann auch gemütlich entlang des angelegten Naturteichs spazieren gehen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Zimmer sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und es ist auch nur 3 km von der Petzenbahn entfernt. Beeindruckt waren wir auch von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Diese Unterkunft hat Potenzial, einiges könnte aber dennoch verbessert werden.

Geräumige,saubere Zimmer mit schönem Bad und sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Sehr nettes Personal sowohl beim Empfang als auch beim Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Schöne Lage an einem kleinen See, aber etwas abseits gelegen.

Die Betten sind für meine Begriffe etwas zu hart, wachte mit Rückenschmerzen auf. Es gibt nur 1 Sessel im Zimmer, also für eine 2.Person keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Leider sind ORF Programme nicht verfügbar. Wollte eine Karte für die Petzenbahnen vergünstigt, wie im Prospekt angekündigt,an der Rezeption kaufen. Dies wurde mir leider verweigert. Begründung: Wer über die Platform „Booking“ bucht, hat kein Recht auf eine vergünstigte Karte! Dies ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und auch weder kundenorientiert noch kundenfreundlich.

Sommerurlaub

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, auch das Essen war super! Das Kinderessen wurde meistens zuerst gebracht, was uns Eltern ungemein erleichtert hat. Auch die anderen Hotelgäste waren sehr entspannt und hatten auch nichts gegen (normalen) Kinderlärm.

Die Zimmeraufteilung war etwas eigenartig, denn die Kinder mussten im vorderen Teil des Zimmers schlafen - ohne Fenster. Es war wahnsinnig heiß und der Ventilator hat wenig geholfen. Außersem sollte ein Hotel am See auch Fliegengitter haben! Man konnte in der Nacht die Fenster nicht offen lassen. Auch das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster. Der Spielplatz könnte auch erneuert werden - für Kinder etwas wenig Abwechslung.

Znakomity ośrodek , do którego jedziesz , jest dość daleko od autostrady ale nie spodziewasz się takiego hotelu nad jeziorem ze znakomita restauracja . Polecam na krótki pobyt .

Może bardziej uporządkować pobyty aut na campingu .

Ein sehr schöner Platz zum Entspannen

Ansprechende, große Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Am besten ist aber die Lage, wirklich wunderschön an einem Badesee. Überraschend gut auch das Essen am Abend!
