No air conditioning, no wifi. The kitchen needed cleaning. No wine glasses. Indicated renovation of the apartment.

Exceptional

We were absolutely satisfied. The apartment is large, clean and have very nice historic decorations. Kitchen equipped very well (including coffee, tea etc.), we missed only microwave. It is in the next street from the beach, so you can perfectly go outside barefoot and in swimsuit :-) Owner is very helpful and communication was fast and smooth. Only issue was parking (but this is general problem in this town, not related to this property) - parking is only for small car, we had large van and parking is quite expensive in the town (24E/24h) (but owner recommended us a much cheaper parking that solved our problem). The town is nice, there are lots of places to see, lots of restaurants and markets to spend your money :-) The beach is let's say "sand with stones", somewhere mostly sand, somewhere mostly stones but it depends on what see waves will prepare :-) Definitely it is not "yellow" sand but children was satisfied, can build castles from sand and collect stones and glass nuggets. The beach was quite clean, see was perfectly crystal clean. I can recommend trip to Bonassola by pedestrian/cycle tunnels - there are great views and few little beaches for snorkeling. You can also take bicycle or inline skates (3 km to Bonassola, 5 km to Framura by tunnels).

Sa localisation parfaite pour randonner aux cinque terre. Appartement très fonctionnel et spacieux avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain

Équipement insuffisant: pas de grill pains, pas de WIFI et table de cuisine petite si plus de 6.

La grandezza della casa con ogni confort necessario. Ottima la pulizia. Posizione centrale. Molto fresca anche senza condizionatori.

L’emplacement et la grandeur des pièces

Nombreux équipements pas totalement fonctionnels (douche, machine à café, ..) et aucune possibilité de tempérer les pièces à vivre, cuisine, salon, salles de bain. Le prix était finalement relativement élevé par rapport à la qualité reçue et les photos de l‘annonceur un peu trompeuses.

tres bel appartement pour les 5Terres

l'emplacement est ideal pour visiter les 5Terres, autant pour la gare, le bateau et vivre dans Levanto. l appartement est tres spacieux, nombreux rangements, tres bonne literie, salle de bains tres bien. le gros plus aussi : le proprietaire délivre 2 pass pour se garer gratuitement dans la rue (possibilite d'avoir un parking fermé mais payant)

petite cuisine, 6 chaises alors que appartement de 8 pers. un peu bruyant car rues passantes (mais coeur de ville !)

La cuisine est petite pour manger à 8, et le manque de vaisselle.( juste 8 petites cuillères, peu de bols, pas de planche à découper)

Le confort. 4 belles chambres. Très bien pour 8 adultes. Près de toutes commodités.

Manque quelques ustensiles en cuisine : micro-ondes, essoreuse à salade, épluche légumes. Odeur des égouts.

Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement spacieux en plein centre ville.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville, Levanto est une petite ville avec tous les commerces utiles à proximité et la gare pur visiter les 5 terres à 10 minutes à pieds. La carte de stationnement délivrée par l'agence pour notre séjour.

Quartier bruyant, avec rue qui circule beaucoup, impossible de laisser les fenêtres de la chambre ouvertes la nuit. Appartement très spacieux, mai un peu vieillot.
