Spacious, modern holiday home with pool and roof terrace



Designed in a minimalist, Mediterranean style, with large open spaces and plenty of light.

This modern village house can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living / dining area with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and WiFi.

Also on the ground floor there is 1 shower room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite, are located on the first floor, the 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor.

In the well-kept outdoor area there is a pool of 5x3 meters with deckchairs and a beautifully furnished terrace of 100 square meters.

The house also offers toys for the children, a table tennis table, a pair of bicycles, a roof terrace with views over Muro and a barbecue.



IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- Air conditioning included, although if there is excessive use it will be charged at €0.25/kW.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, all guests are required to show ID before entering the house.
