A localização do apartamento é excelente e o espaço estava bastante limpo no geral.
Infelizmente, a roupa de cama branca apresentava um tom amarelado, o que sugere a necessidade de substituição ou de uma lavagem mais profunda. Além disso, o sofá-cama destinado à terceira pessoa está em muito mau estado e bastante afundado, tornando-o impróprio para dormir; recomendo vivamente a sua substituição, pois o apartamento acaba por não ser adequado para três pessoas nestas condições. Por fim, faltaram utensílios básicos na cozinha, como detergente para a loiça, o que facilitaria a estadia.
