Great location, everything you need for a couple night stay and pretty comfortable overall. Air conditioning works well. Hot water works fast. The 10 minute walk to the Italian restaurant was lovely. Lots of wildlife around.
Bugs and ants inside the house. Especially in the bathroom. Found them crawling through my makeup bag. A spider was crawling on my pillow. Very tired wardrobe, couldn’t open the draw. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly. The shower/bath floor was very loudly creaking when showering.

The location was incredible in Kangaroo Valley, a really beautiful setting. The green areas and wilderness were amazing. Quiet nights and fresh mornings on the golf course were really nice.
The actual unit is pretty old, and even though he seems to have been revamped and modernised in places things like the aircon feel like they are from the 1960's, the bathroom is pretty old and appointed accordingly. I just felt the value to price ratio was a bit off.

The location was exactly what we were after.. Very close to an excellent restaurant in the adjacent golf course.
Some aspects were just a little bit dated. The shower in the bath tub was a bit difficult.

the seclusion
tired looking could do with a freshen up need to fix appliances so in top working order and fix shower glass guide as it’s an accident waiting to happen
