Spacious home.

There was no welcome booklet. Give property a 5 out of 10. Stovetop: - only 2 out of 5 burners worked. Needed to call for a repairmen; took 36 hrs. BBQ - was extremely dirty. Took us 2 hours to clean it before we could grill! Dirty bag of linens sat on front step for 1 1/2 days until we called Vacasa for removal. F Thermostat on upper level could not easily be adjusted. It was very cold upstairs. Called Vacasa again. Technician had a hard time figuring out how to adjust as well. An instruction booklet would have saved us all time!
