- For a $175 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive twelve (12) pool/beach shuttle access cards and a key fob to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools, and pickleball courts. This fee must be collected by the owner at least seven (7) days before arrival, along with the completed registration form. Children five (5) and under do not require an access card
- There may be some construction noise from a nearby site located to the back right of the property
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is by the front door facing outward. Camera 2 is above the garage facing the driveway. Camera 3 is above the rear entrance facing the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

We had an amazing experience during our family weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was fully stocked with all the essentials—from kitchen supplies and toiletries to extra blankets and board games—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.The living spaces were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. Whether we were cooking meals, lounging in the cozy living room, or enjoying the outdoor space, everything we needed was right there.This was the perfect spot for our family to unwind and reconnect, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay!

Positive: the owners and property manager are responsive and nice. Nicely decorated, new home, safe neighborhood, close to grocery stores, and fun shops, short drive to the beach. Grill was still unassembled, in box - property manager acknowledged this and brought over a grill and heating materials the next morning. Not positive: House is not ready for rentals. It is a new home so -- for example, door handles fell off, missing window blinds, none of the TVs were set up, one living room had a plug that didn't even reach the outlet, dish ware/utensils melted when we used them so we didn't, we had to scrub sticky labels off pots to use them, boxes in places so you can't use home, grill not yet built, new housing construction across the street in the mornings, extra room had no privacy since windowed doors don't have blinds/curtains, shower soaps hung by cheaper glue - fell during the middle of the night, woke everyone up worried something major fell apart. Recommend owner stay there a week, make improvements, then host guests. If you stay here, pack basics (cooking utensils/pans/thicker blankets/toilet paper/grill tools/bags for trashcans beyond main trash...), similar to staying in an empty cabin. Will be nice once better prepared. Wish owners the best, but I am looking out for families similar to ours that want to get away for a relaxing time away.
