Our stay in Verona

The apartment itself is spacious, communication with the host was easy, and there is free street parking and a supermarket nearby.

When we arrived at 5 pm, the apartment was not cleaned at all after the previous guests — there were towels thrown into the toilet, trash left in the kitchen, etc. We contacted the host, who immediately arranged cleaning, but we were only able to check in about 3 hours later. At check-out, the cleaners arrived as early as 9:30, even though check-out was until 10. The kitchen equipment is quite poor — for example, only two cups and no microwave. The location is also a bit too far for comfortable walks to the city center.

Location was good to walk into town

1.) The couch was very uncomfortable. 2.) There was silverware but no cooking utensils. We had to purchase some and left them in the apartment for the next guests to use. 3.) We were disappointed to hear that we would have to wash our own towels due to a 60 euro fee to have your linen changed out.

The apartment is in a good location to visit the city center, in a quiet. It has all the amenities needed. I would recommend also providing some milk for the coffee as most non-italians need it 😁

Everything is great! This is one of the best apartments we’ve been to! (And we did travel a lot) 😊❤️❤️ We were stunned once we got into the apartment, it’s really lovely and we talked about we want one of this apartment for our own 😊 Every room is spacious and comfortable. The bed was big & great. They got everything you want for a long stay too - kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge. The location is a bit out of town but you can do 20-25 mins walk there. There’s a parking available on the street for free and supermarket is just around the corner. The check in through website is easy and the access buttons on the website for both building & apartments door work amazingly.

The size does it matter!

It looks small, but its kinda Big! nice View has own parkinspot; the supermarket is behind the building; really comfy place I love it!

So much space and light! Plus the location was perfect for a few days exploring Verona.

Good

Quite good location. You can reach the city centre by 1 bus or quite extensive 20 minutes walk. Apartment is big with huge windows and has a view on the river. Big fridge where you can put lot's of Italian goodies :) There is a tv with netflix account

Big apartment for a good stay in Verona

This apartment is very big and spacious with modern design. We were comfortable. Location was good for us with an easy flat walk to centre about 15mins away. There is a small lift to get our luggage up. There was good heating and also heat pump, great in winter or summer. The company managing the apartment were very responsive to messages!

We had a hiccup with parking. We were told it was free but apparently only the white parks are free the blue one are not. We got a parking ticket. But The company handled the problem very well, very professional. They took care of everything for us. So we were satisfied. There are a few basic things missing from the apartment: like a wash cloth to wipe down the kitchen benches after cooking, a chopping board to cut food, a glass base in the microwave, only 3 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days (so one missed out) dishwasher still had things in from the last guests, no cleaning products if you needed. The company said they would try to improve these things so that’s helpful.

Avrei preferito che ci fosse qualche prodotto per la pulizia giusto per dare una pulita ai sanitari e sulle superfici dato che ci siamo stati 4 notti e qualche cialda di caffè in più in quanto non erano sufficienti per 4 mattine e due ospiti adulti. Per il resto tutto benissimo

Ottimo appartamento a Verona!

Appartamento molto comodo, non troppo vicino al centro ma a due passi da una delle vie principali con autobus annessi. Il centro a piedi dista circa 20 quindi comunque non è lontano. L'appartamento è molto grande e comodissimo, con tutti i comfort. Parcheggi molto abbondanti subito sulla strada, se vi servono solo per la notte, altrimenti bisogna usare parcheggi pubblici più lontani (non troppo comunque)

I parcheggi nelle immediate vicinanze hanno orari strani e piuttosto ostili; di conseguenza se non si vuole pagare la sosta in orario diurno (dalle 8 alle 19.30) bisogna allontanarsi un po' per trovare un paio di parcheggi pubblici (comunque a tipo 5 minuti a piedi, non troppo lontani)

Waren nicht zufrieden mit dem appartment.

Der Inhaber hat zeitnah geantwortet und bei Fragen geholfen.

Leider waren die Möbel alle ziemlich abgenutzt und im Bad die Dusch, sowie der Balkon ungepflegt. Die Lage war nicht schön. Wir sind jung und haben jedes Mal 30 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte gebraucht. Wir sind dadurch etwas eher abgereist.

Não possui estacionamento, tem somente na rua e não é fácil de conseguir uma vaga.

Comodidad, agradable y limpio.

El apartamento se veía muy cuidado y limpio. Muy cómodo y al lado de un supermercado. Siempre nos ayudó el propietario del apartamento a través de mensaje, muy colaborador y agradable.

Está apartado del centro,30 min andando, y de la estación a 40 min andando. A penas taxis y autobuses, por lo que lo hacía algo difícil.
