The location is quiet and relatively close to the city center. Takes about 5-10 min to reach the heart of the Chamonix on foot. We enjoyed the day round singing of local birds, due to the forest proximity, a treat in its own.

Good location and spacious and warm and cozy

The shower in main bathroom was broken and plumbing seemed to have issues but not sure if due to pipes freezing given winter.

It was close to Chamonix centre. Agent was good and came round and fixed what he could. I don't think the owners gave any thought to the people who are renting their property though.

When we got to the flat several thing were not working and the host didn't meet us. This was particularly disappointing as we were told the owners were the last people to be in the flat. The brochure said the flat had underfloor heating however it didn't work it took several days to get the radiators to give the right temperature. Several lights had blown bulbs and the lock to the en-suite didn't work and locked you in. The road outside is an ice rink. The ski room was difficult to access. The sauna was good but in a separate building that was on the opposite side of the building. Information on facilities was poor.
