L’emplacement, proche des restos et du quartier très animé, à 2 min du métro , dans une rue très calme . Beaucoup de charme . Salle de bain très fonctionnelle . Proprietaire vraiment adorable et arrangeante et réactive .
Le coin cuisine est largement améliorable : frigo trop petit . Il y a la place pour optimiser en mettant un micro ondes , une petite plaque et des étagères à la place de la penderie . Logement global est quand même un peu petit pour 4 personnes.

È vicinissimo al quartiere più attivo di Atene è piccola ma accogliente per quattro persone se si preferisce la posizione alla dimensione, nonostante che stia a due passi da 1000 negozi e ristoranti, è molto silenziosa

Posizione.
La casa al pian terreno è affiancata da un edificio con lavori in corso, dalle 7 del mattino non è possibile riposare, inoltre se si sprono le finestre un cattivo odore di urina invade l'appartamento perché di notte molti passanti fanno i propri bisogni sulle pareti degli edifici anche vicino la porta dell'appartamento. La cucina ha 1 sola piastra ad induzione, molto problematico cucinare specialmente per chi ha bambini.
